November already???

First of all, I want to apologize for not having new pictures posted yet. (I'm sorry Chelsea!!) I don't know where time goes but I seem to be suffering from a lack of it. So here's the Band News....

Our Bearcat Band did an AWESOME JOB at Regionals a few weeks ago!!! We finished the season with the best show so far and everyone is so proud of how great you all did!!!! Nice Job at the Veteran's Day Parade as well.

The Band Boosters are already gearing up for the Winter Guard show which is in March. There will be an organizational meeting on Monday night, November 10 at 7 PM in the band room. Every year there are questions about the show and let me explain how it works. Even though only the Winter Guard and Indoor Drumline perform at the show, it is a FULL BAND fundraiser. So even if you are not part of the Winter Guard or Indoor Drumline, we need YOU to help!

October 17 and 18

I'm watching it rain and hoping this moves past us so we can have a wonderful fall weekend of band events. Tonight the Bearcat Band will perform at the football game in Abingdon. They take the field at 7 PM so don't be late as you don't want to miss the show.

Tomorrow, the band will head to Kingsport to compete in the
Tennessee Valley Showcase. This will be a great opportunity for you to come see the band in competition. We hope everyone will come out and support the band as they have worked hard since July on their show, The Contender.
